Payment
We will take payment over the phone when your appointment is made. You will receive confirmation of your appointment once payment goes through. See our pricing and services page for further details regarding payment and fees.
Cancellation
We offer full refunds if the appointment is cancelled more than three hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If scheduled within three hours of your appointment, there is a cancellation fee of $300.
If we show up to your home, and you decide not to proceed with the services, there will be a charge of $325 that is not refundable.
Appointments
Appointments made outside of our regular business hours are subject to availability and additional fees. Appointments scheduled on holidays, weekends, and after 7 pm M-F will incur a $150 fee.
Appointments in homes made outside of the 20 mile radius from our business address will be subjected to an additional travel fee of $50-$100 depending on distance.
